Returns

 


We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.


If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.


To be eligible for a return:

 

  • Items must be unused and in original condition

  • Items must be returned in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

 


Due to the nature of intimate apparel, we cannot accept returns on worn or visibly used items for hygiene reasons.

 


 

 

How to Start a Return

Include your order number and reason for return.


If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.


Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 


 

 

Refunds

 


Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund.

 


 

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

 


Please inspect your order upon receipt.

Exchanges

 


We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
